Temecula Creek part 2
As promised, we returned to the scene. It was much earlier in the day, around 6 am and the sun was still rising.
We found the maintained trail was not that long, perhaps half a mile. During the walk, Xena kept balking. I wonder if she sensed other animals around, like coyotes. She seemed a bit aprehensive. When the trail petered out, I didn't go further as a sign warned that 'cliffs' were unstable.
Anyway, it was a bit too rural for me and with the dog being nervous, we turned back.
